Our main focus is floral décor, but we also provide event design. Different from a coordinator/planner, Beargrass Gardens can direct and manage every aspect of the décor and design of the event: overall themes, lighting and linens, place-setting details, favors, escort card coordination, guest seating layouts…and, of course, the flowers.

We re-write the rules of design according to your personal individuality and sensibilities to create the “of the essence” look you wish to convey to your guests. Be it a small and intimate affair or a grand-scale “over the top” celebration, we begin with flowers and expand to complete event design. We make it a priority to shape the overall design concept to reflect your personal tastes. We take into consideration, and see the “whole picture,” the venue’s scale, environment and architecture; the color of the invitations, apparel, linens, and table shapes.
When collaborating, we think outside the box and bring refreshing ideas to the table. We provide focus and enthusiasm, exceptional personalized attention and service with premium quality and true interest in your affair. From the planning stages to the final execution of your event our goal is to make it a memorable one for you and your guests.
Pricing is always based on an individual basis.

Hi Darci!
Man, where do I begin... I cannot thank you enough for everything that you did to make my "dream wedding" a dream come true! Honestly, Bevie and I looked at each other several times throughout the planning process and said "what would we do without Darci". We both just adore you and we loved getting to know you! You are so sweet and patient (responding to all of our (my) ridiculous and petty emails and requests), so thank you for that. Also, I knew that the decorations were going to be absolutely gorgeous, but I had NO idea it would turn out to be as gorgeous as it was (quite the vision). The tent looked like a fairy tale, something you see in the movies--- everyone raved about it and I received several comments from attendees saying that this was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to-- YOU are incredibly talented! Not only was everything gorgeous, but I had an absolute blast at the wedding and would do it all over again a million times--- not many brides are able to say that. I attribute that to how organized we all were, especially you. I tend to me a "worrywart", but I never once doubted anything that was put into your hands because I knew you would follow through, and boy did you ever!
